JOIN2PAY Cancellation & Refund Policy

J2PAY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
• If your money is debited for a failed payment, please be sure that your money will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. In the rare case that you don't receive the refund within 24 to 48 hours, please contact us.
• If your money is debited for a pending payment, please be sure that your money will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. In the rare case that you don't receive the refund within 24 to 48 hours, please contact us.
• In case of complaints regarding services, please refer the issue to join2pay. In case of any Refunds approved by the J2PAY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 2-3 Working Days for the refund to be processed.
